    Quality is life of an enterprise. HERG quality assurance system is the firm guard of HERG brand covering the total process of technical development, product manufacture, project adjustment and testing, user training, technical data providing and after-sales service.

    Standing on the height of building, safeguarding and promoting HERG brand, HERG has always been attaching importance to quality work, to establishment and perfection of quality assurance system, to constant improvement of quality management, to strengthening of quality supervision and to perfect quality control.

    HERG passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2003 and was certified again in 2006; on February 26, 2003, it started full implementation of ISO9001:2000 quality management system; in July 2007, it passed CE certification. HERG has become a best trusted famous brand in the industry of centralized lubrication system, and has become the symbol of high quality centralized lubrication system product.

Documentary quality assurance system
    During these years’ implementation, HERG quality assurance system has formed a complete set of quality system documentation, including quality handbook, program file, quality plan, operation guide and quality record, etc. Quality system documentation is the materialization of HERG quality assurance system, and is the legal basis of implementation of quality assurance system. With regulations for various kinds of quality activities and methods, etc., all quality activities can have basis of regulations and laws.

Effective organizational guarantee and stable quality control team
    HERG has set up effective departments like technical center, marketing department, production plan department and office. The technical center has a quality control section to be responsible for implementation of quality system, for quality management, quality inspection and testing; the marketing department mainly takes the responsibility of market analysis, market planning, product sales and contract management; the development department is mainly responsible for production plan, purchasing and other production element control; the office is mainly responsible for personnel, training and other affairs. All quality control people have excellent quality consciousness, responsibility consciousness and professional technical level. Uniform organizations and stable professional teams guarantee that all process of quality assurance system is effectively controlled.
Advanced production facilities and excellent technological designs
    Excellent design concepts, advanced product designs, rational processing techniques and first-class manufacturing facilities provide important quality assurance foundation for HERG products manufacturing.
    For mechanical design, we have high-performance PRO/E,     Solidworks and Auto CAD software as tools, to promote the overall design level of products. In design and development center, three-dimensional prototype is built, and parameterized modeling technology is adopted to build standard prototype base, for higher design efficiency and quality.
    Advanced NC processing equipment realizes complete numerical control of mechanical processing and realizes fine processing. Main production facilities include:

Advanced testing instrument and strict quality control

    To guarantee consistent inside quality of products, HERG has made strict quality inspection and testing procedures and purchased nearly a hundred sets of advanced inspection and testing instrument in quality assurance system. According to enterprise standards, industrial standards and national standards of products, we carry out strict total control over each and every stage ranging from incoming materials (including various kinds of electronic components, printed circuits, dies, cases, racks and so on), inspections and tests of product manufacturing process (various working procedures) to final inspections and tests, requiring complete data and documents of relevant inspections and tests up to standards to ensure qualification of products leaving factory. Various kinds of general and special-purpose checking, measuring and testing instruments necessarily, adequately and strictly controlled according to specified and measurement requirements meet the needs of various kinds of inspection and testing procedures.
